摘要
城市水环境综合治理是一个复杂的系统工程,如何满足群众的需要,如何实现生态文明建设的要求,对水利工作者提出了新的要求。笔者根据宜昌市城区水环境的特点和城区水利工作面临的一些问题,提出了一些建议,希望能进一步优化城区水利建设管理方式,增强群众和社会对水利工作的参与度和支持度,达到服务群众、生态治水的目的。
Urban water environment comprehensive treatment is a complex system project. How to meet needs of the masses and how to realize request of ecological civilization construction propose new requirements on water conservancy workers. The author proposes some suggestions aiming at characteristics of urban water environment in Yichang and some problems faced by urban water conservancy work. It is expected that urban water conservancy construction management mode be further optimized, and participation and support of masses and society on water conservancy work he enhanced, thereby reaching the purpose of serving the masses and biologically controlling water.
