摘要 宜昌市城区长江岸坡由于受地质、地形,以及江水冲刷、地下水和人类活动的影响,其稳定性堪忧,防洪形势相当严峻,只要长江水位超过52.50 m(黄海高程),城区则会受到外洪内涝的威胁,需对岸线进行综合整治。详细分析了岸坡破坏型式及影响岸坡稳定的因素,以"以人为本,人水和谐"的宗旨,提出了将岸线整治与城市景观相结合的加固处理建议。 Yichang city is one of the few flood undefended cities along the middle and lower Yangtze River,the situation of flooding is quite severe because of its geological and topographic conditions and influence of river erosion,groundwater and human activites.Once the water level of the Yangtze River exceeds 52.50m(Huanghai Datum),the city will be threatened by flood and waterlogging.We analyze the types of river bank failure and the factors affecting bank slope stability,and put forward treatment suggestions for the purpose of "people foremost and harmony of human and water" and with the combination of bank regulation and urban landscape.
