摘要
目的：探究青春期功能性子宫出血的治疗方法。方法选取2014年1月～2014年9月我院治疗的青春期功能性子宫出血患者46例，根据入院时间的先后，平均分为观察组与对照组。观察组患者采用口服妈富隆的方式进行治疗，对照组的患者入院后采用的治疗方法为倍美力联合安宫黄体酮。对比两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗期间的各项指标。结果观察组患者接受治疗后，在治疗效果和治疗期间患者身体各项相关指标的改善情况都优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论采用妈富隆对患有青春期功能性子宫出血的患者施以治疗，可有效的提高治疗效果，改善患者的身体各项指标。
Objective To explore the treatment methods of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Selected 46 cases with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding from January 2014 to September 2014 in our hospital, according to the time of admission to hospital, divided into the observation group and the control group on average. The observation group were treated by oral marvelon, the control group were treated by premarin combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate, Compared with treatment effect and indicators in treatment period. Results The observation group reatment effect and body of related indicators were better than the control group after treat, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Use marvelon to treatment patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding, can improve the treatment effect and to indicators of the patient＇s body effectively.
