护生专业价值观现状及影响因素分析 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]了解国内护生的专业价值现状并分析其影响因素,为护理教育中的课程设置、教学方法等提供依据。[方法]应用中文版护理专业价值观评价量表(NPVS-R)对国内5所高校护理专业的810名在校护生进行调查。[结果]护生的专业价值总分为100.33分±16.51分,条目平均得分为3.86分±0.63分,其中专业精神维度均分为3.90分±0.66分,同情心维度均分为4.05分±0.70分,行动力维度均分为3.54分±0.73分;女性护生的专业价值观各维度得分均高于男性(P<0.05);学习过护理专业价值相关课程的护生专业价值观各维度得分均高于未学习过的护生(P<0.05)。[结论]护理院校在教学过程中应给予男性护生针对性的积极引导,以提高专业认同感,并通过开设护理专业价值相关的课程来提高护生的专业价值。 Objective:To know about the status quo of professional values of nursing students in our country and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide the evidences for curriculum setup and teaching methods in nursing education.Methods:A total of 810 nursing students in school in 5universities in our country received survey by applying Chinese version of nursing professional values scale(NPVS-R).Results:The total score of nursing students' professional values was 100.33±16.51,the average score was 3.86±0.63,in which the average score of professional spirit dimension was 3.90±0.66,the average score of empathy dimension was 4.05±0.70,the average score of action dimension was 3.54±0.73;all dimensions scores of the professional values of female nursing students were higher than that of male nursing students(P<0.05);all dimensions scores of nursing students who has learned the related courses of nursing professional values were higher than that of nursing students who has not learned the courses(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing colleges should give the targeted and positive guidance for the male nursing students during teaching,in order to improve their professional identity,and enhance the professional values of nursing students through setting up the related courses to nursing professional values.
