摘要 目的探讨Can-Help微创椎弓根螺钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折临床意义。方法选择我院2010年4月至2013年1月收治的62例胸腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用Sextant微创椎弓根螺钉系统治疗,观察组患者采用Can-Help微创椎弓根螺钉系统治疗,比较两组患者手术时间、X线暴露时间、术中出血量、各时间段ODI指数、Cobb角、VAS评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、X线暴露时间以及术中出血量均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前两组患者ODI指数、Cobb角以及VAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗后6个月和12个月时,两组患者3项指标均较术前得到较大程度改善,观察组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Can-Help系统和Sextant系统治疗胸腰椎骨折均能取得较好效果,但CanHelp系统手术时间和X线暴露时间更短,矫正效果更好。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Can-Help minimally invasive pedicle screw system in the treatment of thoracolum-bar fractures. Methods Sixty-two cases of patients from April 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital were chosen as the experimental objects and divided into experimental group and control group. The control group were treated with Sextant minimally invasive pedicle screw system, and the experimental group were treated with Can-Help minimally invasive pedicle screw system. The operation time, X-ray exposure time, a-mount of bleeding during the operation, ODI index, Cobb angle, VAS score and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, X-ray exposure time, amount of bleeding during the operation of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). ODI index, Cobb angle, VAS score had no significant differ-ence between the two group before operation( P>0. 05 ) . After 6 months and 12 months, three indicators of the two groups were improved greatly;the indexes of experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05). The occurrence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0. 05). Conclusion Can-Help sys-tem and Sextant system both can achieve good effects in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures, but Can-Help system has shorter operation time and X-ray exposure time, and thus better correction effects.
