摘要 阐述了在中学化学实验教学中应用手持技术测定微量钙的意义,研究了以酸性铬蓝K为显色剂,用手持技术测定葡萄糖酸钙片中钙含量的方法,测定Ca2+质量浓度的线性范围是0~2.0 mg/L ,加标回收率达99.8%以上;与分光光度法比较,该法灵敏度高,准确性好,操作简单、快速、仪器价廉,适合在中学化学教学中应用;此外还针对教学提出了建议. In this work ,the significance of the determination of Ca2+ with hand-held technology in chemical experiment of high school has been stated .Based on acid chrome blue K as the chromogenic reagent ,the method for determination on the amount of calcium in calcium gluconate tablets has been presented .The results show that the linear range is between 0 mg/mL to 2 .0 mg/mL ,and the recovery is greater than 99 . 8% .Compared to the spectrophotometry ,the method mentioned above is applicable to the high school chemical experiment teaching for its high sensitivity ,good accuracy ,simple operation ,rapid process and low price .Also several proposals about chemistry teaching in high school are put forward in the paper .
