摘要
为研究压差和重力荷载变化下充气膜结构变形的状态与特征,用数值方法对飞艇充气囊体这一典型的充气膜结构在不同压差和重力下的变形进行了数值分析。分析结果表明:囊体最大截面变形随压差的增大而线性增大,囊体长度随压差增大呈非线性减小;重力荷载作用使囊体向Y向移动,对Z向位移分布无明显影响;增大压差能显著减少重力对Y向变形的影响。在飞艇充气膜结构设计时,应取较大的设计压差以减小过大变形,尽量沿Z向布置附属设备以避免过大变形带来的影响。
To explicit deformation characteristics of pneumatic membrane structure in different pres- sure and gravity, numerical method was used in analysing which is a kind of typical pneumatic membrane structure. the largest the deformation of a kind of airship envelope, Analysis results illustrated that deformation of section increase linear with pressure, but it was not the same with the length. Meanwhile, there was significant impact of gravity on deformation in Y direction. It was also turn out to be true that effect of gravity load could be reduced obviously with the increase of design pressure. So, design pres- sure should be large in the structure design of pneumatic membrane structure, and equipment can be in- stalled in Z direction.
