摘要
介绍了一个气承与气肋组合式膜结构试验室工程,用于大型气球充气试验,要求便于拆卸、移动和重新组装.该工程包括两部分,主体部分为半个椭球,附属部分为一圆柱面,在圆柱面的端部需要开设一个保证卡车载有外轮廓尺寸20m×20m水滴状气球通过的大门.对气承式膜结构进行了找形分析及荷载分析,对气肋拱及气肋梁柱体系进行了荷载分析,文中给出结构变形图、膜单元受力状态示意图等计算结果,并给出一些有益的结论和建议.
A project of a large span air-supported & air-inflated combined fabric structure, which is used in a movable enclosed spacious testing laboratory for large balloons, is introduced in this paper. The labora- tory is required to disassemble, move and rebuild easily. It includes two parts. The main part is a half el- lipsoid and the attached part is a portion of a cylinder. A large gate, which can allow a lorry to pass through with a 20m× 20m water-drop-shape air balloon, will be built at the out end of the cylinder. Form- finding and load analysis for the outer air-supported fabric structure, as well as load analysis for the air-in- flated arch and air-inflated columns with rings, are carried out. Deformed shapes of the structure and stress status diagrams of membrane elements are given. Finally, some useful conclusions and suggestions are put forward.
