摘要
从法律政策、社会、家庭、医疗康复机构四大层面来剖析我国精神卫生服务体系,认为现有体系太过强调精神障碍者的自然属性,忽略患者的社会属性。在参考香港精神卫生服务模式的基础上,提出相关政策建议,以期为精神卫生服务体系改革和发展提供借鉴,最终达到促进精神障碍者重返社会的目的。
This article analyzed mental health service system from four aspects ： legal policies, social, family and medical rehabilitation agencies. It is considered that the existing system for the patients with mental disorder has paid too much attention to their natural attributes and has ignored the social attributes of the patients. On the basis of reference to the mental health services model of Hong Kong, the author provides some relevant policy recommendations for mental health service system reform and development, in order to promote the reintegration of patients ultimately.
