宁津物流园区铁路专用线接轨方案研究 被引量:2

摘要 从运量和既有设备2个方面阐述宁津物流园区铁路专用线接轨站惠农站,计算惠农站到发线能力、咽喉通过能力,计算结果表明惠农站能力能够适应铁路专用线运量增长需求,维持既有规模不变。根据运输径路不同,分别研究专用线从惠农站兰州端接轨方案和惠农站包头端接轨方案,其中结合国家粮库的位置,惠农站包头端接轨方案又分为均在包头端疏解方案和利用既有国家粮库专用线发车方案。分别从工程实施、对既有线路运营的干扰程度和投资成本等方面,分析比较各接轨方案的优缺点,最终建议采用惠农站兰州端接轨方案。 From 2 aspects, the traffic volume and existing equipments, this paper expounds that Huinong Station is the rail junction station of railway industrial siding in Ningjin logistic garden, calculates the receiving-departure capacity and throat passing capacity of Huinong Station, the calculation result shows Huinong Station has the capacity to adapt for the demand of traffic volume increasing of railway industrial siding and can keep the invariant of its existing scale. According to the difference of transport routes, the paper studies the programs of rail junction of the industrial siding at Lanzhou end and at Baotong end of Huinong Station respectively. Combining with the location of national grain depot, the program of rail junction at Baotou end was divided into the program of all industrial sidings diverted at Baotou end and the program of departing trains by using the industrial siding of national grain depot. The paper also analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each rail junction program from aspects of engineering implementation, interference degree on operation of existing lines and the investment cost respectively, finally, suggests the program of rail junction at Lanzhou end of Huinong Station.
