摘要
介绍了高斯法与最小二乘法相结合对NaI(TI)探测器测量γ能谱进行平滑处理方法,用MATLAB编程实现对γ谱数据的平滑处理。通过平滑度指标和互相关系数两种参数进行针对238U、232Th谱数据科学比对和评价,提出了不同能段结合的平滑处理方法,可提高谱数据处理的精度和准确度。结果表明:高斯法平滑与最小二乘法平滑相结合,可较好地获得平滑效果。
A method combining Gaussian with least squares method was proposed, which was used for smoothing processing of NaI (TI) detector measuring γ spectrum, and for realizing smoothing processing of γ spectrum by using MATLAB programming. The smoothing processing method of combining different energy segments was put forward, which can improve the precision and accuracy of spectral data processing, through two parameters of smoothness index and the number of mutual relations, the 238U, 232Th spectral data are treated. The results show that combining the Gaussian smoothing method with the least squares method smoothing method, the smoothingeffect will get better.
