摘要
目的建立一种简单易行,快速,准确的母血污染鉴定技术,应用于产前诊断前排除母血污染。方法在X染色体上选取具有高杂合度和高多态性的6个短串联重复序列位点,应用连锁分析对10例羊水和10例脐带血标本进行母血污染鉴定。结果在10例羊水和10例脐带血标本中各发现1例标本发生母血污染。结论该方法可应用于临床实验室进行产前诊断前排除母血污染。
Objective To establish a simple,rapid,accurate maternal blood contamination identification technology, used to exclude maternal blood contamination before prenatal diagnosis.Methods 6 short tandem repeat loci on the X chromosome with high heterozygosity and polymorphism were selected to identify maternal blood contamination from 10 cases of amniotic fluid and 10 cases of umbilical cord blood specimens by linkageanalysis.Results In 20 cases of samples,one case of amniotic fluid and one case of umbilical cord blood samples occurred in maternal blood contamination,respectively.And the experiment results agree with expected results.Conclusion This method can be used to exclude maternal blood contamination before prenatal diagnosis in clinical laboratories.
