摘要
基于中国老年人健康长寿调查(CLHLS)数据,采用Ordered Probit模型,分析了收入不平等、医疗保险与老年人健康的相关关系。模型结果显示,收入不平等与老年人健康呈现显著的负相关关系,其对农村老年人和低收入老年人的负面影响要大于城市老年人和中高收入老年人。此外,收入不平等除了自身对老年人健康产生显著的负面影响外,还通过医疗保险间接地对老年人的健康产生负面影响。今后应调整国民收入分配格局,着力缩小收入差距,加快医疗保险制度改革,保障农村老年人和低收入老年人等弱势群体的医疗服务,促进老年人整体健康水平的提高。
With the ageing population in China, the health of senior citizens is getting the attention of the society. Basing on CLHLS＇s dam,this paper uses the Ordered Probit model to study the intluence of the income inequality and medical insurance on the health of the Chinese elderly. The results show that income inequality has significantly effects on elderly. Specifically, the impacts on rural elderly are higher than urban elderly, and impacts on low income elderly are higher than high income elderly. Moreover, income inequality can also create negative effects on elderly health by imparity of health insurance. The policy suggestions are that adjusting distribution pattern of national income, narrowing the income gap, reforming the medical insurance system, guaranteeing the infrastructure and health care of ru- ral and low income elderly. Only in this way can improve the health level of the elderly.
