摘要
我国在教育领域的性别平等,已由追求受教育机会的平等,进入追求教育过程及教育结果平等的新阶段。要实现教育过程及结果的性别平等,远比实现受教育机会的性别平等更为艰巨和复杂。《中国妇女发展纲要(2011—2020年)》凸显了对"妇女与教育"领域的重视,要适应新阶段,实现新目标,应当充分发挥高等院校开展女性/性别教育的新作为,为提高妇女地位国家机制建设提供智库,为推进具有中国特色的社会性别主流化提供精神动力、智力支持和人才资源。
The key issue Chinese women face in the education sector is acquiring equality in processes and outcomes. Changing inequality in the processes and outcomes between different genders is far more complex and difficult than merely acquiring education opportunities."The Development Outline of Chinese Women(2011-2020)" has highlighted the great focus on "Women and Education". To provide intelligent resources to improve the status of women, to improve the output of spiritual motivation and intelligent support and human resources for improving gender mainstreaming with Chinese characteristics, the significance of offering gender education in universities has to be made more widely known.
