摘要
目的:研究附子细辛、芍药甘草配伍前后对小鼠镇痛作用的影响。方法:镇痛实验采用小鼠热板法和扭体法,观察附子细辛、芍药甘草配伍前后对小鼠的镇痛作用。结果:对热板所致疼痛的影响:给药前,生理盐水组、附子组、附子细辛组、芍药组、芍药甘草组四组小鼠的痛阈值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。给药15、30、60、90min时附子细辛组小鼠痛阈值较附子组均显著提高,芍药甘草组较芍药组均显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对醋酸所致疼痛的影响:附子细辛组与附子组相比,芍药甘草组与甘草组相比,小鼠发生扭体反应的潜伏时间均显著延长,在15min内的扭体发生次数明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);附子细辛组扭体抑制率>附子扭体组抑制率,芍药甘草组抑制率>芍药组扭体抑制率。结论:相比与配伍前,附子细辛配伍后镇痛作用增强,芍药甘草配伍后镇痛作用亦增强。
Objective:Research analgesic effect of Aconite and Asarum or paeonia lacliflora and glycyrrhiza in mice before and after combination. Methods : Hot-plate procedure and writhing test in mice were adopted in experimental analgesic rood-el, survey analgesic effect of Aconite and Asarum or paeonia lacliflora and glycyrrhiza in mice before and after combination. Results:the influence of the hot plate induced pain: before dosing, the pain threshold of saline group, aconite group,aconite and asarum group, paeonia lacliflora group, paeonia lacliflora and glycyrrhiza group were not statistically significant (P〉0.05). When administered 15min, 30min, 60min and 90min,the pain threshold of aconite and asarum group increased pain than aconite group(P〈0.05), the pain threshold of paeonia lacliflora and glycyrrhiza group increased pain than paeonia lacliflora group(P〈0.05), which is statistically significant. The influence of the Combined decoction and decoction on pain induced by acetic acid:The aconite and asarum group compared with aconite group,The paeonia lacliflora and glycyrrhiza group compared with paeonia lacliflora group, combined group of mice was significantly longer occur writhing latency (P〈0.05), within 15min, the number of writhing occurred has significantly reduced (P〈0. 05), which is statistically significant. Inhibition rate of aconite and asarum grouP〉 Inhibition rate of aconite group, Inhibition rate of paeonia lacliflora and glycyrrhiza grouPDInhibition rate of paeonia lacliflora group. Conclusion:This study showed that, compared with the separation,the combination of aconite and asarum and the combination of paeonia lacliflora and glycyrrhiza group have the stronger analgesic effect.
