摘要
当前领导干部政绩评价结果运用中存在缺乏统一的国家标准、重物质奖励轻精神奖励、评价结果及运用情况不对外公开、结果运用情况缺乏跟踪总结、结果运用的方式或做法缺乏创新等问题。应通过建立统一的国家规范或标准、建立健全精神奖励机制、将评价结果及其运用情况对外公开等措施进一步推动领导干部政绩评价结果的有效运用。
Some problems still exist in the applications of the achievement evaluation result for leading cadres ,such as lacking unified national standards ,paying more attention to material rewards than spiritual rewards ,not opening the evaluation results and its applications to the public ,lacking tracking and summary for the results ,being short of innovation in the methods or practices of results and so on .Some measures should be taken to help further promote the best use of achievement evalua‐tion results for leading cadres effectively through setting up unified national norms or standards ,im‐proving the spiritual rew ards mechanism ,and opening the evaluation results and its application to the public .
