电针治疗对脑梗死大鼠的摄食、饮水及其神经功能缺损的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨电针治疗对脑梗死大鼠摄食、饮水及其神经功能缺损的影响。方法:将18只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、电针组,模型组与电针组采用改良Longa线栓法复制大鼠右侧大脑中动脉闭塞模型,假手术组只分离颈总、颈内和颈外动脉,不结扎不栓线;模型组不予治疗,电针组采用电针取"内关穴"、"足三里穴"治疗,观察不同时间点(术前、术后3,7,14d)脑梗死大鼠神经功能缺损、摄食量、饮水量及体重变化。结果:电针组与模型组相比,同时间点神经功能缺损评分明显较低(P<0.05),尤在14d更显著(P<0.01),两组摄食、饮水量在3d和7d均未见明显差异(P>0.05),但在14d电针组明显增大(P<0.05);模型组与假手术组比较,各时间点神经功能缺损评分明显较高(P<0.05),各时间点摄食量、饮水量明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:电针治疗在改善脑梗死大鼠神经功能损伤的同时对脑梗死后大鼠摄食、饮水等正常生理活动的恢复具有促进作用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of electro-acupuncture(EA)on feeding , drinking water and neurological deficits of rats with cerebral infarction. Methods:Eighteen Sprague Dawley rats were random- ized into sham operation, model and electro-acupuncture(EA) groups. Produced rat cerebral ischemia mod- el accord to modified advanced Longa method. EA was applied to "Neiguan"and "Zusanli", while the model group with no treatment and the sham group was not been inserted into switch. And then Observing the change of feeding , drinking water and neurological defictis in Rats with cerebral infarction after curing with the eleetro-acupuneturing. Results:the neurological deficit score of EA group was lower than that of model group( P〈0. 05) ,especially in day 14( P〈0.01);Thought both of EA group and model group had no difference in feeding and drinking water in day 3 and day 7, the EA-group took more food and water than model group in day 14. At each period, the model group's neurological deficit score was higher than that of the sham group( P〈0.05) ,while the ability of feeding and drinking water was lower than that of the sham group( P〈0.05). Conclusion:EA not only can promote the neurological function recovery of the rats with cerebral infarction,but also improve the physiological activity such as feeding and drinking.
