摘要
重型肝炎发病急,病情重,变化快,病死率高。笔者经过长期的临床实践,运用中医通利之法治疗该病积累了一些经验,且总结出该法包含三层不同的含义:1通利法运用之力度;2通利法运用之中药配伍;3通利法采用之具体方法。并列举二则验案以释其心得。
The severe hepatitis have some characteristics：acute onset, severe illness, quick change and high mortality rate. The author have gained some experiences using Tongli method flexibly of TCM to treat severe hepatitis through long term clinic practice and have summed up three different meanings from this method ： （1）The intensity of using Tongli method;（2）The compati- bility of medicines of using Tongli method ;（3）The specific methods of using Tongli method.
