摘要
目的基于正虚机制观察益气健脾法治疗慢乙肝肝衰竭的临床疗效,探讨补虚法在慢性肝衰竭治疗中的作用。方法采用随机、对照方法,将50例慢乙肝肝衰竭患者随机平均分为两组,对照组给予常规内科综合治疗;治疗组在内科综合治疗基础上予以益气健脾为主的中药煎剂口服。观察两组治疗2周时的临床转归、TBil与PTA的改善程度及MELD评分变化。结果治疗组有效率72.00%高于对照组的40.00%;治疗组TBil,PTA及MELD评分改善程度均优于对照组。结论在内科综合治疗的基础上,基于正虚机制以益气健脾法治疗慢乙肝肝衰竭,能够明显提高临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy on chronic severe hepatitis B patients with principle of strengthening vital qi and the spleen on the mechanism of deficiency in vital qi. Methods： 50 patients with chronic severe hepatitis B were randomly divided into 2 groups, the internal medicine treatment group （control group） with 25 examples and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group （experimental group） with 25 ex- amples. The control group was given the conventional internal medicine therapy and the experimental group was used the internal medicine therapy with oral decoction of strengthening vital qi and the spleen based on the mechanism of deficiency in vital qi, twice a day. Indices such as the total curative effect, the change of TBil, PTA and MELD score were compared between the 2 groups. Results： The effective rate was 72.00% in treatment group and control group compared with 40.00%. There was a statistical difference between 2 groups in this index. In the treatment group, TBil, PTA and MELD scores＂ changes degrees were better than those in the control group. Con- clusion： For patients with chronic severe hepatitis B in the medical treatment. It can improve the clinical effect to give the internal medicine therapy with oral decoction of strengthening vital qi and spleen based on the mecha- nism of deficiency in vital qi.
