摘要
目的:观察补肾养血疏肝法对功能性低促性腺激素继发性闭经患者卵泡发育及排卵功能的影响。方法:采用自身前后对照的临床研究方法,应用补肾养血疏肝法治疗功能性低促性腺激素继发性闭经患者,疗程为24周,观察治疗前后患者的卵泡发育、排卵情况、月经来潮及性激素水平的变化情况。结果:41例患者纳入本次临床研究,疗后基础体温(BBT)双相行经组的E2、P水平与疗前比较具有明显的统计学差异;疗后BBT单相行经组的FSH、LH、E2水平与疗前比较具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后患者痊愈2例,显效12例,有效15例,无效12例,总有效率70.73%。本次研究发现,对于功能性低促性腺激素继发性闭经患者,病程越短,及时用药治疗后月经的恢复也越早,从性激素水平角度来看,治疗前FSH、LH及E2值的高低决定着治疗的效果,值越低,尤其是FSH、LH<2 IU/L,E2<30 pg/m L,疗效越不理想。结论:本研究表明补肾养血疏肝法治疗功能性低促性腺激素继发性闭经,可以促进患者的卵泡发育,可以使部分患者恢复排卵,促进月经的来潮。
Objective ： To observe the tonifying kidney, nourishing blood and soothing the liver method on the effect of follicular development and ovulation function in the patients with functional low gonadotropin secondary amenorrhea. Methods ： The clinical study was using self - control method to observe the effect of tonifying kidney, nourishing blood and soothing the liver method to the treatment of the patients with functional low gonadotropin secondary amenorrhea. The treatment period was 24 weeks, the main outcome measures were follicular development ,ovulation, menstruation and sex hormone levels. Results ：41 patients were included in the study, after treatment the group which basal body temperature （BBT） increased had menstrual bleeding,the E2 and P hor- mone levels had significant statistically difference with the group before the treatment （P 〈 0.05 ） ;th6 group which BBT didn＇t in- crease after the treatment, the FSH, LH and Ez hormone levels had significant statistically difference with the group before the treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment 2 patients recovered, 12 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 12 cases were invalid, the total efficiency was 70.73%. This study found that for the functional low gonadotropin secondary amenorrhea pa- tients, the shorter the duration of disease, the earlier menstrual recovery after the timelytreatment ; for the sex hormone level, FSH, LH and E2 level determine the effect, the lower the value before treatment, the worse the effect, especially FSH, LH 〈 2 IU/L and E2 〈 30 pg/mL. Conclusion：This study show that the tonifying kidney, nourishing blood and soothing the liver method to treat the patients with functional low gonadotropin secondary amenorrhea can promote the follicular development, make some patients recov- er ovulation and promote menstrual bleeding.
