宁夏回族聚居地中学教师职业认同水平的调查分析

摘要 采用问卷调查的方式,对宁夏吴忠、灵武、西吉、海原、同心等回族聚居地338名中学教师的职业认同水平进行的调查结果显示:(1)宁夏回族聚居地中学教师的职业认同总体水平较高(4.35±0.64);(2)中学教师的职业认同水平在男、女之间,回、汉民族之间,本科、专科学历之间都不存在显著差异(P>0.05);(3)中学教师的职业认同水平在教龄和月收入方面存在显著差异(P<0.05),教龄20年以上的教师职业认同水平显著高于其他教龄段的教师,教龄16-20年、11-15年、5年以下教师的认同水平间无差异,都显著高于教龄6-10年的教师,月收入高的教师职业认同水平高于月收入低的教师。因此,教龄、月收入是影响宁夏回族聚居地中学教师职业认同水平的主要因素。 Professional identity level of 338 middle school teachers from Wuzhong,Lingwu,Xiji,Haiyuan and Tongxin in Ningxia was investigated by questionnaire.The results shows that:(1)The overall level of teachers’ professional identity in middle schools in Hui nationality communities is higher(4.35±0.64;(2)There are no significant differences between men and women,Hui people and Han people,undergraduate and junior college education background(P〉0.05);(3)There are significant differences between teaching standing and monthly income(P〈0.05).Professional identity level of teachers with more than 20years’ teaching standing is significantly higher than that of teachers with other years’ teaching standing.Whereas there are no differences between teaching standing of 16-20 years,11-15 years and that less than 5years,professional identity level of teachers with teaching standing of 6-10 years is significantly lower and that of teachers with more monthly income is higher than that of teachers with less monthly income.Therefore,teaching standing and monthly income are principal factors affecting the teachers’ professional identity level of middle school in Ningxia Hui nationality communities.
