摘要
平江县位于湖南省东北部,境内森林覆盖率65.6%,有汨罗江水系流经,自然生态系统保持良好。在当地自然环境的监控数据和社会经济数据基础上,通过市场价值法等生态经济学方法对境内生态系统服务功能价值进行评估。结果表明,平江县2012年生态服务功能总价值达190.2亿元,高于平江县2012年的GPD 164.4亿元。由此可见,在保护好生态环境的前提下发展经济才是平江县应有的发展方向。
Pingjiang county is located northeast of Hunan. It has over 65. 5% forest coverage,and has Miluo river run through the area. The natural ecological system is maintained in a good condition. By combine the local natural environment data and social economic data,and use marketing evaluation to evaluate the value of ecosystm service,Pingjiang is showing its 2012 ecological service fuction valued over 19 billion yuan,which is higher than Pingjiang 2012’s GDP of 16. 4 billion yuan. As a result,Pingjiang should develop its economic only when its eco- system is well protected.
