摘要
提出了一种基于隶属度函数和小波变换的轴承故障诊断方法。针对轴承的类型,搭建了新的轴承故障实验台,采集了其轴承故障振动信号。利用隶属度函数确定实测故障信号与理论特征故障频率的相似度,利用小波变换提取故障的频率。将故障隶属度和小波变换相结合,应用到对轴承故障诊断之中,确定轴承故障类型与产生机理。实验结果表明,该方法是可行的。
Proposes a method of fault diagnosis mainly includes membership function and wavelet transform. We built a test bench according to the type of bearings to acquire fault vibration signal of bearing. We apply membership function to verify the similarity between vibration signal and theoretical fault character frequency. Besides, we apply wavelet transform to extract the fault frequency. We combine these two methods and put it into bearing fault diagnosis to confirm fault type and the reason causing this fault. The result indicates this method is feasible.
