摘要
通过矢量方程和几何解析法建立插纸机机构的运动数学模型。结合插纸机需要的运动规律,运用MATLAB软件生成插纸机两个主要模块的滑块随传动轴角速度变化的位移图、速度图和加速度图,使得机构运动分析简单化、直观化、可视化。验证了其数学模型的正确性,为设计出满足工作要求的插纸机提供可靠的数学依据。
The vector equations and geometric analytical method were used to establish the mathematical model of the motion mecha- nism of an insert paper machine. Based on the movement of insert paper machine needed and used MATLAB software, the displace- ment, velocity and acceleration of the two main module's slider of insert paper machine were generated, which made the analysis of the mechanism movement simple, intuitive and visual. The results show that the mathematical model is correct, this work provides a reliable basis for the design of insert paper machine.
