双侧与单侧椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)为治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)安全有效的微创手术疗法,可以迅速缓解患者胸腰背疼痛,恢复椎体部分高度,纠正椎体后凸畸形,改善患者生活质量。但对于选择单侧还是双侧椎弓根手术入路,国内外学者尚有争议。
