摘要
卓越法律人才培养计划以提升法律人才的培养质量为核心,以提高法律人才的实践能力为重点。高校法律援助组织与培养卓越法律人才在三个方面高度契合:法律职业知识和法律职业技能的融通、法律职业道德和法律职业伦理的锤炼以及法治理念和人文素养的更深层次追求。以培养模式的构建原则和标准为基础,卓越法律人才的培养,可以划分为法律实践能力、法律职业伦理与法律职业道德以及宽厚的人文素养三大培养模块。法律实践能力应遵循知识—模拟体验—真实操作的培养理念,依次开展案例分析教学、模拟法庭教学以及专业实习课程;法律职业伦理道德则重在反思社会问题存在的根源和症结,进行最高层次的法的创制训练;通过无偿的法律服务,激励学生自我提升与内在修炼,进而培养学生深厚的人文素养。
The program of excellent legal talents aims at enhancing the quality of legal talents with great emphasis on the practical skill of talents. Legal aid organizations in colleges and universities highly correspond with the program in three aspects： the integration of professional knowledge with vocational skills,the exercise of morality and ethics,and the further pursuit of legal concept and humanistic quality. According to the principle and standard of the program,legal talents can be cultivated in the following three aspects：practical capability,professional ethics and morality,and humanistic quality. Practical capability should develop following the concept of“knowledge—simulation experience—real practice”. Professional ethics should be established by means of high level training on the basis of reflections on the roots of social problems. Students should also be encouraged to cultivate their humanistic quality by participating in free legal aid services.
