摘要
肺系疾病是临床多发、常见疾病,种类繁多,病因病机复杂,但主要症状不离咳、痰、喘三症。童少伯认为历代医家治疗肺病方法众多,应结合肺、脾、肾的生理病理特点对前人诸法进行取舍,尤其应抓住"肺主气"和"肺为娇脏"的生理特点进行治疗,并应根据不同的主症选择不同的治疗方式。童氏临床积累了丰富的用药心得,尤其善用麻黄和虫类药,疗效卓越,其经验可供从医者借鉴。
Lung diseases are the clinical common frequently-occurring diseases with various types and complicated patho- genesis. But the main three symptoms are cough, phlegm and asthma. Tong Shao-bo believes that ancient physicians have too many methods of treating lung diseases, doctors should take or give up these methods according to the physiological and patho- logical characteristics of lung, spleen and kidney. In particular, doctors should seize the physiological characteristics of ＂lung controlling respiration＂ and ＂lung being a delicate viscus＂ for treatment and choose different way of treatment according to the different main symptoms. He accumulated rich clinical experience and he is especially good at using Chinese ephedra and worm medicines to obtain excellent curative effects. It is worthy of learning from his experience in the treatment.
