水中步行训练对胫骨平台骨折术后患者膝关节功能恢复的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察水中步行训练对胫骨平台骨折术后患者膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取胫骨平台骨折术后患者40例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例。术后两组患者均给予常规康复治疗,观察组在术后6周时给予水中步行训练,两组患者总疗程为12周。两组患者分别在术后6周、术后12周进行膝关节功能评分(HsS评分)、本体感觉测试。结果经水中步行训练治疗后,观察组患者在术后12周,HSS评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.01),损伤膝关节主动复位误差角度值明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.01)。结论在常规康复治疗的基础上应用水中步行训练可更好的提高膝关节的功能及本体感觉,改善患者的平衡能力。 Objective To investigate the effects of underwater treadmill training in patients with tibial plateau fractures operation. Methods Forty patients were randomly divided into control group ( n=20 ) and treated group ( n=20 ) .Two groups accepted routine rehabilitation therapy.Treated group was given underwater treadmill training At 6 week.All patients with tibial plateau fractures operation were assessed with the Hospital for Special Surgery knee rating scale ( HSS ) , proprioceptive function at 6 week and 12 week after operation.Results The results showed the treated group had significant improvements in HSS scores, active reposition sense compared to control group ( P〈0.01 ) .Conclusion Underwater treadmill training was significantly more effective than conventional rehabilitation alone in improving functions of knee, proprioception and balance ability after tibial plateau fractures operation.
