摘要
利用SBM模型测算包含环境污染产出的40个资源型城市能源效率,并与传统DEA模型测算结果进行比较。结果表明:资源型城市总体能源效率较低,在不考虑环境约束情况下,资源型城市能源效率将被高估;再生型城市能源效率值及有效决策单元比例高于衰退型城市;环境污染因素及劳动投入成为影响资源型城市非能源效率有效的主要因素,资源型城市尤其是衰退型城市更需要节约能源与保护环境。
This paper measures the energy efficiency of 40 resource‐based cities by traditional DEA model and SBM model . T he results show that the energy efficiency of resource‐based cities is generally low . The energy efficiency of resource‐based cities will be overestimated without considering the environmental factors .The energy efficiency of regenerative resource‐based cities and the percentage of effective DM U are higher than the declining resource‐based cities .Environment pollution factors and labor inputs become the main factors affecting the energy efficiency .Resource‐based cities need to strengthen energy conservation and protect the environment .
