中国工业能源生态效率时空演变特征及影响因素分析 被引量:15

Research on the Temporal and Spatial Evolution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of China′s Industrial Energy Eco-efficiency

摘要 采用考虑非期望SBM模型测算我国2007-2018年工业能源生态效率,利用趋势图、核密度估计法分析其阶段变化特征和动态演化规律,借助探索性空间数据分析和空间计量模型考察工业能源生态效率空间相关性、空间集聚特征及影响因素作用机理。结果表明:(1)2007-2013年为平稳期,效率值始终在0.400附近波动,2014-2018年为显著增长期,且增幅逐渐加强;地区差异性由低效率集聚向均匀分布演化;(2)空间上呈现中南地区>华东地区>西南地区>东北地区>华北地区>西北地区的分布格局,空间集聚特征主要为H-H集聚、L-H集聚和L-L集聚;(3)经济发展水平、对外开放程度和环境规制对我国整体及分区域抑制作用明显,而产业结构、研发投入则主要表现为显著正向作用。 In this paper,the undesired SBM model is used to calculate the energy eco-efficiency of my country′s industrial from 2007 to 2018,and the trend graphs and nuclear density estimation methods are used to analyze its phase change characteristics and dynamic evolution laws.The exploratory spatial data analysis and spatial measurement models are used to investigate the spatial correlation,spatial agglomeration characteristics and driving factors influencing the mechanism of industrial energy eco-efficiency.The results show that,the period from 2007 to 2013 is stable,and the efficiency value always fluctuates around 0.400.The period from 2014 to 2018 is a period of significant growth,and the increase is gradually strengthened.The regional differences evolve from low efficiency to uniform distribution.The spatial distribution pattern of South Central China>East China>Southwest China>Northeast China>North China>Northwest China.The spatial agglomeration characteristics are mainly high-high agglomeration,low-high agglomeration and low-low agglomeration.The level of economic development,the degree of opening to the outside world and environmental regulation have an obvious inhibitory effect on China as a whole and subregions,while the industrial structure and R&D investment mainly have a significant positive effect.
