摘要
[目的]了解我校4个年级老年护理专业方向本科生在校期间职业认同感现状及相关因素,为学校引导护生树立正确的职业价值观提供依据。[方法]采用护生一般情况调查表、护生职业认同感问卷、大学生自我效能调查问卷、艾森克人格问卷对266名研究对象进行职业价值观问卷调查。[结果]我校老年护理专业4个年级的本科护生在校期间职业认同感各不相同,其中高年级护生优于低年级护生,班干部、有兼职经历的护生职业认同感得分高。[结论]建议在以后的老年护理专业教育中针对性地给予引导和干预,以学生"内化"为本位构建护生职业认同感教育模式;紧密结合护生职业心理发展阶段特点,分步骤、循序渐进地开展多种形式主题的自我教育活动。
Objective:To know about the status quo of occupation identity and related factors of 4 grades geriatric nursing professional undergraduate students during the school ,to provide the basis for schools to guide nursing students to establish the correct values of occupation .Methods:A total of 266 subjects were conducted a ques‐tionnaire survey of occupation value view by using general information questionnaire ,nursing students occupa‐tion identity questionnaire ,students’ self efficacy questionnaire ,and Eysenck personality questionnaire .Result:Undergraduate nursing students of 4 grade in our school geriatric nursing specialty have different occupation i‐dentity during the period of school .Senior nursing students .are better than low grade of nursing students .The class cadres ,nursing students with a part time experience have higher occupation identity score than other students .Conclusion:It suggested that we should give guidance and intervention for elderly nursing education in the future ,to construct identity occupation education model of nursing students based on student’“Internaliza‐tion” .Closely combining the occupation psychological development stage characteristics of nursing students ,to carry out the self education activities of various forms and theme step by step .
