摘要
对近年来高职校企合作模式构建的研究成果进行比较分析,认为基于组织导向的校企合作模式忽略了作为校企合作之根本的人,提出引入人本观念重构组织主导的校企合作模式。人本观校企合作模式明确了受教育者在合作中的主体地位,学校和企业通过导向培育、环境创设、共建机构等为主体提供全面发展服务,最终实现共同成长。
Based on the comparative analysis of the recent researches in school-enterprise cooperation model, this article argues that the common organization-based school-enterprise cooperation model ignores most of the interests of the educated who is the key part in this model. Thus, it proposes to re-construct the school-enterprise cooperation model focused on the interests of the educated. The model in the humanistic concept emphasizes the main position of the educated which should be completely served by college and employer building the educated-based orientation, environment and mechanism, eventually realize the mutual growth and development.
