摘要
我国在探索扩大省级政府教育统筹时,有必要改革和完善中央与地方政府的纵向权力约束机制,同时更需探索建立地方的横向权力约束机制,以此推进省级政府教育统筹的体制机制创新,推动省域教育与当地经济社会发展相协调,更好地服务于经济社会发展。
In improving educational governance on the province level, it is necessary to reform and improve the longitudinal restraint mechanisms of power between central and local governments, and to explore the lateral restraint mechanism in the local authority in order to promote the innovation of provincial government education system, to better coordinate development between education and local economy and to better serve the economic and social development.
