摘要
中越关系是中国周边外交特别是东南亚外交的重要一环。当前,中越两国均处于快速发展的崛起进程中,被视为新兴国家的典型代表。在这种背景下,中越关系有着新的内容和新的形式,既存在合作与互利的空间,也包含着冲突与竞争的环节。因此,中越双方需要以趋利避害的原则、以果敢有为的气魄处理新兴国家身份下的中越关系。
Sino-Vietnam relations is a key section of China＇s diplomacy with neighboring countries, especially with ASEAN countries. The present Sino-Vietnam rapid rise and development process is deemed as typical representation of emerging countries, which gives birth to new contents and new forms of Sino-Vietnam relations with great space for cooperation and mutual benefit as well as conflicts and competitions. Therefore, both China and Vietnam are expected to properly handle bilateral relations with promising vision of courage, boldness and firmness on the basis of principle of pursuing interests and avoiding risks.
