摘要
在胸外科PBL临床见习教学过程中,学生主体的能力培养需要强调教师的引导。指导老师在准备阶段可以指导和培养学生自主查找资料、寻求解决问题思路;在教学中通过"临床病例"和"问题"来把握学习的方向,而这两者的设计需要体现教学目标,重在培养临床实际工作中的思维方式。启发式的、以病例为基础的"逆向问题解决"模式有助于更好的发挥PBL中老师的引导作用,促进学生建立临床思维。
In the teaching process of PBL'clinical practice in Chest Surgery department, the guidance function of teachers should be emphasized in the subjective ability cultivation of the students. The teachers could guide and cultivate the students search materials themselves and find the solutions of problems in the preparation period, while the guide teachers could grasp the direction by "Clinical Cases" and "Problems" in the teaching process, but the design of both the two aspects should reflect the teaching objectives and attach importance to the cultivation ofthinking modes in the clinical practical work. The heuristic mode of "Reversed Problems Settlement" which based on medical cases is helpful to give play to the guiding function of teachers in the PBL teaching process, which could promote the establishment of clinical thoughts of the students.
