摘要
冻结法在地铁区间联络通道中的应用,越来越受到关注。施工中打钻安装冻结管,特别是在地质条件较差的地层中,易发生危险,造成工程事故。上海地铁13号线真北路站~大渡河路站区间联络通道,位于古河道处,盾构推进过程中,造成最大约90mm的地面及管线沉降。基于周边环境安全考虑,在冻结施工前,对地层进行预注浆加固处理,后期打钻安装冻结管顺利,未引发流砂、涌水等现象。
The freezing method application of connected aisle in metro tunnel has received more and more attention. In the construction, dangers easily happen in drilling holes and installing freezing pipes, especially in poor geological conditions stratum, it even causes construction accident. The sec- tion contact passage between Zhenbei Road Station and Daduhe Road Station of Shanghai Metro Line 13 lies in ancient stream channel, in shield driving process, the maximum settlement of ground subsid- ence and pipelines was approximately 90ram. Based on consideration of the surrounding environment security, before freeze construction, pre-grouting reinforcement technology was used in stratum treat- ment, after that, the engineering project of drilling holes and installing freezing pipes went smoothly, and drifting sand and water gushing did not happen.
