摘要
随着近年来工程承包领域国际化进程的高速发展,EPC项目模式也随之进入我国建筑承包市场,并在越来越多的项目中得到应用和推广,监理单位在其中也扮演着愈来愈重要的角色。本文通过比对国内外EPC项目中监理作用的异同,结合我国工程监理实践,提出了做好我国水运工程EPC模式下监理工作的一些建议。
With high-speed development of project contracting internationalization in recent years, EPC mode occurred in China construction contracting market, applied to and was popularized in more and more projects, which endowed the supervision companies with more important responsibilities and liabilities. Based on the contrast between EPC project supervision in China and abroad, by combining the project supervision practice in China, some proposals were put forward in order to improve EPC project supervision in the field of port and waterway Engineering.
