摘要
比较石墨炉原子吸收光谱法和氢化物原子荧光光谱法对锑进行检测的优缺点。结果表明,石墨炉原子吸收法前处理需要有机溶剂萃取,操作耗时且成本较高。而氢化物原子荧光法操作简单快速且成本低,仪器性能也更稳定,氢化物原子荧光光谱法更适合PET成型品中锑含量的测定。
The advantages and disadvantages of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAS) and atomic fluorescence spectroscopy (AFS) were compared. The results showed GFAS method is organic solvents used for pre-treatment, time-consuming and high cost. However, AFS method was simple operation and low cost, the performance of instrument was also more stable. AFS method was more suitable for determination of stibonium in PET shaped products.
