摘要
建立以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene glycol terephthalate,PET)原料作为包装材料的三种饮料模拟物中锑迁移量的检测方法。采用加硝酸加热消解处理后,用原子荧光光谱法检测消解后样品中的锑含量,比较了不同消解方法对锑含量测定的影响,并考察了检测液中盐酸含量对检测的影响以及反应液的稳定性等。锑标准曲线的线性相关系数为0.9999,回收率为89.0%~105%,精密度为1.67%~4.15%,检出限为0.03mg/L,定量限为0.1mg/L。
A method for the determination of trace antimony migration in three food simulants of PET packaging materials was established.Samples were digested with nitric acid,and the Antimony content was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The method was investigated methodologically,including the effects of different digestion methods on the determination of antimony,the effects of different hydrochloric acid contentsin the tested solution on the detection result and the stability of the reaction solution.The optimized detection conditions were obtained.The correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was 0.9999,the recoveries ranged from 89.0%to 105%,the RSD was1.67%to 4.15%,the detection limit is 0.03mg/L and the quantitative limit is 0.1mg/L.
