摘要
文章通过数字图书馆闲置资源与知识联盟的关系,从选择合适的组织合作对象、创新知识联盟的组织制度、建立合作者之间的相互信任等方面入手,提出了实现数字图书馆联盟的动态模型。
Based on the relationship between idle resources of digital library and knowledge alliance, this paper started from choosing the fight partner organizations, innovating the organization system of knowledge alliance, and establishing mutual trust between the partners,proposed a dynamic model of digital library federation.
