摘要
将竞争情报引入中小企业集群负外部性规避系统之中。从中小企业集群知识外溢负外部性分析入手,通过研究竞争情报及其特点,总结竞争情报与中小企业集群知识外溢负外部性的关联,提出建立中小企业集群竞争情报体系是规避中小企业集群知识外溢负外部性的最有效的途径,进而从四个方面探讨建立和完善中小企业集群竞争情报体系的问题。
This paper introduces CI（Competitive Intelligence） into the system of evading negative externalities within MEC（Middle-and-small Enterprise Clusters）. Based on the analysis of relationship between negative externalities of knowledge spillovers within MEC and CI, including its conception and characters, the paper gives the effective way to evade negative externalities of knowledge spillovers within MEC, that is upbuilding CI system within MEC consisting of four parts.
