摘要 近年来酸致变色纺织品的发展引起了人们很大的兴趣,可用作传感系统,能以非破坏性的方式展示一种可视信号.基于传统的染色技术,使用pH敏感型染料染色棉织物开发一种p H纺织传感器,主要选取灿烂黄、茜素、刚果红3种染料进行研究.结果发现,3种pH指示剂染料表现出较好的结果,pH指示剂在织物上的性能与其在水溶液中的性能不同,在酸性和碱性条件下的最大吸收波长会发生红移,动态pH范围变宽.证明通过传统的染色技术使用pH指示剂染料染色棉织物来设计一种pH感应器是可行的. In recent years the development of acid chromic textiles aroused a lot of interests. The chro-mic textiles could be used as the sensing system displaying a visual signal through a non- destructive way. Based on the traditional dyeing techniques, a pH sensor was developed using a pH- sensitive dyed cotton fab-ric. The three kinds of dyes, Bril iant Yel ow, Alizarin and Congo Red were selected as the main research dyes. It was found that the three kinds of pH indicator dyes showed good results. The pH indicator presented differ-ent performance on the fabric and in aqueous solution. Under acidic and alkaline conditions, the maximum ab-sorption wavelength had a red shift, and the dynamic pH scope widened. It was proved that designing a pH sensor with a pH indicator dyed cotton fabric through conventional dyeing techniques was feasible.
