Analysis on the chemical pollutants and harmful factors in Taizhou in 2013

摘要 目的掌握泰州市食品的污染状况。方法 2013年在全市范围内,以随机购买的方式获得17类食品,572个样品,开展有害元素、食品添加剂、农药残留、黄曲霉毒素、违禁药物等污染物监测。结果共监测572份食品样本,不合格样品21份,总的监测结果超标率为3.7%。主要食品中铅、镉超标率均为0.7%,而总汞和总砷均合格。凉皮、凉粉中的铝污染严重,超标率达56.0%。食品添加剂在各类食品中未超标。72份蔬菜中检出1份拟除虫菊酯类农药。液态乳、玉米粉、粮油中查出黄曲霉毒素。部分食品检出违禁添加物硝基呋喃及其代谢物,鸡肉、鲜活淡水鱼、虾的检出率分别是5.0%、6.7%、13.3%。结论泰州市食品污染水平总体较低,但部分食品仍存在污染,应采取针对性措施,以提高食品安全性。 Objective To understand the status of market food contamination in Taizhou. Methods To monitor the contami- nants including harmful elements, food additives, pesticide residues, aflatoxin and illegal drugs in 572 samples of 17 types of foods brought randomly in the city of Taizhou in 2013. Results 572 samples were detected and 21 samples were unqualified with the unqualified rate of 3.7%. The unqualified rates of lead and cadmium were both 0.7%, while mercury and arsenic were all qualified. The aluminium contamination in cold noodle and bean jelly was serious and the unqualified rate was 56.0%. The content of food additives was within the standards in kinds of foods. Pyrethroid pesticides was detected in 1 sample out of 72 samples of vegetable. And aflatioxin was detected in liquid milk, corn flour, cereals and oils. Illegal additives nitrofurans and their metabolites were detected in some of the foods. The detected rates of nitrofurans in chicken, fish and shrimp was 5.0%, 6.7% and 13.3%, respectively. Conclusion The overall level of contamination in market food in Taizhou is low, but some foods were still contaminated. Pertinent measures should be taken to improve food safety.
