摘要 塌方是地下工程施工过程中最常见的事故之一,风险评价是衡量硐室塌方风险大小的手段。为确保施工安全,提出了基于功效系数法和超前地质预报的隧道塌方风险超前评价模型。综合分析塌方影响因素的基础上,选取岩石单轴抗压强度、围岩完整性系数、不连续结构面状态、主要结构面与洞轴线的夹角和地下水影响5个主要因素作为隧道塌方风险评价指标。采用TSP203系统和钻孔取芯的手段对评价指标进行定量描述,并基于功效系数法的基本原理,建立了隧道塌方风险预警模型。最后将建立的塌方风险预测模型应用于昌宁高速川风凹隧道的塌方风险超前识别中,结果表明该方法塌方风险识别具有较高的准确性,为隧道塌方风险超前预测提供一种新思路。 Collapse is one of the most common accident in underground construction process,and risk assessment is a measure of the size of the chamber collapse risk. To ensure construction safety,a tunnel collapse risk assessment model is proposed based on efficacy coefficient method and advance geological prediction. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of collapse factors,five factors were selected as tunnel collapse risk evaluation indexes including uniaxial compressive strength,integrity factors of surrounding rock,the discontinuous state,the angle between the main structure surface and the hole axis,and ground water. Using TSP203 system and coring tools for quantitative description of the evaluation indicators,and based on the basic principles of efficacy coefficient method,a tunnel collapse risk warning model is established. Finally,the collapse risk prediction model was applied to the collapse risk advance recognition in Chuanfeng'ao tunnel of Changning Highway. The results show that the method has higher collapse risk identification accuracy,and it provides a new idea for advanced prediction of tunnel collapse risk.
