摘要
目的观察膝关节滑膜炎关节镜术后口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖的临床疗效。方法将40例行关节镜手术的膝关节滑膜炎住院患者随机分为A组和B组各20例。术后A组口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖同时进行康复治疗,B组为对照组仅进行康复治疗。记录关节镜切除滑膜术后7天、5周时患者的视觉模拟评分(VAS),两组患者均于治疗前及治疗后7天、治疗后5周时抽取关节液置于4℃保存,测定关节液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果两组治疗后7天、治疗后5周的VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),A组VAS评分降低较B组更明显(P<0.01)。两组治疗后7天、治疗后5周的关节液SOD水平均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05或0.01),A组关节液SOD水平升高较B组更明显(P<0.01)。两组治疗后7天、治疗后5周的关节液MDA水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05或0.01),A组关节液MDA水平下降程度较B组更明显(P<0.01)。结论关节镜膝关节滑膜炎术后口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖可以缓解术后疼痛,减轻膝关节炎患者的氧化应激反应。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral glucosamine hydrochloride for gonarthromeningitis after opera- tion.nethods 40 inpatients with gonarthromeningitis undergoing arthroscopic surgery were randomly divided into Group A （ treatment group） and Group B （ control group） with 20 cases in each group. The Group A were given oral glucosamine hydrochloride combined with rehabilitation therapy, while the group B were given rehabilitation therapy only.Then, visual anal- gesia score （ ~AS ） 7 days and 5 weeks after operation were respectively recorded between groups.Synovial fluid before opera- tion,7 days and 5 weeks after operation in the two groups were respectively extracted to store at 4~C .In addition,levels of su- peroxide dismutase （SOD） and malonaldehyde （MDA） of the synovial fluid were tested.Results VAS 7 days and 5 weeks after the operation significantly decreased in both groups（ P〈0.01 ） , and those of the Group A decreased more significantly（ P 〈0.01 ） .SOD levels of the synovial fluid 7 days and 5 weeks after the operation significantly increased comparing with those before the operation （P〈0.05 or 0.01 ）, and that of the Group A increased more obviously than that of the Group B （P〈0.01 ）. However, MDA levels 7 days and 5 weeks after the operation significantly decreased in both groups （P〈0.05 or 0.01 ） , and that of the group A decreased more significantly than that of the group B （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Oral glucosamine hydro- chloride for gonarthromeningitis after operation under arthroscope can relieve postoperative pain and oxidative stress reaction of patients with gonarthritis.
