摘要 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定白英提取物中的铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)。方法:样品经过微波消解处理,分别以锗(Ge)、铟(In)、铋(Bi)作为内标,采用ICP-MS法同时测定5种元素的残留量。结果:所测元素标准曲线的相关系数均r〉0.999,平均回收率为94%~108%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.5%~8.9%。结论:该方法准确、快速,简便,可用于白英提取物中重金属及有害元素的残留量测定。 Objective:To establish a determination method of Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cu in Solanum lyratum Thunb.extract by ICP-MS.Methods:The sample was degisted by microwave digestion, using ICP-MS method to determined 5 kinds of element at the same time with using Ge,In,Bi as the internal standard.Results:The standard curve correlation coefficients of determined elements were all greater than 0.999,the average rates of recovery were from 94%to 108%, and the relative standard deviation ( RSD) was from 3.5%to 8.9%.Conclusion:This method is accurate,fast,simple,and it can be used in determination of the residual amount of the heavy metal analysis and harmful elements in solanum lyratum thunb extract.
