摘要 为了给哈萨克斯坦某地硫化铜镍矿石的开发提供依据,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对该矿石进行了可选性试验研究。结果表明,采用铜镍混浮—铜镍-硫分离工艺流程,在磨矿细度为-74μm占90%时,选用BK-306与BK-302的组合药剂作铜镍硫化矿物捕收剂,并在精选过程中针对性地选用新型抑制剂BK-509,可获得含铜11.82%、铜回收率79.23%,含镍4.85%、镍回收率53.78%的铜镍混合精矿。 Based on the process mineralogical studies of the copper-nickel sulfide ore, the flotation experiments are carried out in order to provide a strong foundation for exploring the copper-nickel sulfide ores from Kazakhstan. The results show that with the flotation process of copper-nickel bulk flotation, copper-nickel and sulphur separation, the copper-nickel bulk concentrate will be able to contain 11.82% Cu with a recovery rate of 79. 23% and 4. 85% Ni with a recovery rate of 53.78% ,on the condition that -74 μm particles account for 90%, and BK-306 and BK-302 are combined to use as collectors, while BK-509 is used specifically as the new type depressant during the process of cleaning
