摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪对某公司带钢DX51D+Z酸轧过程中的分层缺陷进行研究。结果表明,Al2O3和非金属夹杂物是造成酸轧钢带分层的主要原因,碳元素在界面处的聚集加速了脆性断裂。
The lamination defects of pickling cold-rolled DX51D+Z strip were studied by OM, SEM and EDS. The results show that the main reasons for the lamination defects are the formation of Al2O3 and non-metallic inclusion, and aggregation of carbon at interface accelerate the brittle fracture of the strip.
