摘要
目的探讨不同术式对高血压脑出血患者血清PCT、CRP水平的影响。方法选取长沙市泰和医院2011年1月至2012年1月行手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者120例,根据手术方式分为微创手术组67例和开颅手术组53例。比较两组术前和术后不同时间的血清PCT、CRP水平变化并分析血清PCT和CRP水平的关系。结果微创手术组血清PCT、CRP水平均于术后24 h达到峰值,分别为(378.48±87.58)pg/ml和(28.52±5.28)mg/L,开颅手术组血清PCT、CRP水平均于术后36 h达到峰值,分别为(582.45±147.55)pg/ml和(36.42±7.89)mg/L,两组达峰时间和峰值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示高血压脑出血患者血清PCT水平与其血清CRP水平呈正相关(r=0.724,P<0.05)。结论微创手术治疗高血压脑出血可更好地控制患者的血清PCT、CRP水平,且高血压脑出血患者的血清PCT与其血清CRP水平呈正相关,可在一定程度上反映患者的炎症反应状态。
Objective To investigate the influences of different operation modes on the levels of serum PCT and CRP of pa-tients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 1 20 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in Taihe Hospital of Changsha City from January of 201 1 to January of 201 2 were divided into minimally invasive surgery group（n =67） and invasive surgical group（n =53）according to operation method.The levels of serum PCT and CRP in two groups before and after treatment were analyzed,and the relationship between serum PCT and serum CRP levels was analyzed.Results The levels of serum PCT and CRP in minimally invasive surgery group had reached its peak level at 24 h after treatment,and the peak levels were（378.48 ±87.58）pg/ml and（28.52 ±5.28）mg/L respectively,while the levels of serum PCT and CRP in invasive surgi-cal group had reached its peak level at 36 h after treatment,and the peak levels were（582.45 ±1 47.55）pg/ml and（36.42 ± 7.89）mg/L respectively.Peak reaching time and peak level of two groups had statistical significant differences（P 〈0.05 ）. Pearson correlation analysis results show that serum PCT level of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients was positively correla-ted with serum CRP level（r =0.724,P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery could better control patient’s serum PCT and CRP levels in the treatment hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and serum PCT level was positively related to serum CRP level.Serum PCT level could reflect inflammatory reaction condition of patients in a certain extent.
