履带式水稻运输车行走系统设计与试验 被引量:8

摘要 针对水稻机械化收获后缺乏专用运输机械的情况,设计开发了一种分置式静液压传动系统与机械式有级变速器串联的履带式行走系统。为了减小驱动功率,设计中采用降低履带接地长度与轨距之比和加大履带宽度的方法,并给出了的驱动功率选取方法。试验证明,该行走系统能实现无级调速和大范围传动比变化,满足了稻田低速运输和公路高速运输的要求,且操作性能良好。 For the lack of appropriate rice post-harvest carrier at present, a travel system for tracked carrier which used both hydrostatic driven system and mechanical drive system was designed. In order to reduce the driving power, the ratio of cIawler bearing length and gauge was reduced, and the track width was increased. The principle of choosing driving power was also given. Experimental results show that the design of the walking system is reasonable, the stepless speed regulation and a wide range of gear ratios changes can be achieved. The requirement of low-speed transport in rice fields and high-speed transport on road can be met by the walking system with good operating performance.
